✅ 1:1 Nutrition Orientation - During our first session, I’ll ask you a series of questions to create a personalized Cookbook for you, designed to uplift your hormonal health, and strengthen your digestive system while getting you to your overall health goals. You’ll also receive “how-to” guides for grocery shopping, plate building, and meal prepping successfully. The nutrition orientation will also include a custom grocery list, and a premade Instacart order stores in your area to help you build your kitchen with whole-food based nutrition to simplify the process of you reaching your health and wellness goals.

What it is: Focusing on nutrient-dense, whole foods that nourish the body at a cellular level and support hormonal balance and gut health.
Functional nutrition helps address underlying causes of health challenges rather than just masking symptoms. It's tailored to the body’s unique needs and deficiencies. When we nourish the body with whole, real foods, we can optimize everything from energy levels to metabolism and mood.
The main focus of this program is the nutrition, however together we will utilize a full body approach, and touch on multiple aspects of health and wellness, to bring you the best, long lasting results possible.
With 1:1 sessions you’ll be guided on how to make healthy eating choices while maximizing the benefits for you and your body.

Cortisol & Stress Management
In today’s fast-paced world, stress is almost unavoidable. However, how we manage it can make all the difference in our health and well-being. Chronic stress and elevated cortisol can suppress the immune system, lead to weight gain, impair digestion, create hormonal imbalances, disrupt healthy sleep cycles, and can be linked to anxiety, depression, and mood swings.
Stress is inevitable, but how we respond makes all the difference. Stress management is not about eliminating stress but about learning how to deal with it in healthy ways. Stress management is a core component of my coaching program to help you regain balance, and optimize your body's ability to thrive in the long run.

I want to emphasize that lasting wellness doesn’t come from a one-time diet or exercise regimen—it comes from consistent, positive lifestyle changes that address all aspects of your life: physical, mental, emotional, and even spiritual. The foundation of good health is not only about what we eat or how we move but also about how we live, how we think, and how we nurture ourselves on a daily basis. This includes everything from nutrition, physical activity, and sleep, to stress management, emotional well-being, and environmental factors.
