In todayβs fast-paced world, stress is almost unavoidable. However, how we manage it can make all the difference in our health and well-being. Chronic stress and elevated cortisol can suppress the immune system, lead to weight gain, impair digestion, create hormonal imbalances, disrupt healthy sleep cycles, and can be linked to anxiety, depression, and mood swings.
Stress is inevitable, but how we respond makes all the difference. Stress management is not about eliminating stress but about learning how to deal with it in healthy ways.
